- Dorotheum auction, Vienna, 8.3.1989 (as 19th century copy after Titian).
- Private collection, Principality of Liechtenstein.
Condition:
Oil on canvas, lined. Paint surface with a network of craquelure, some minor scratches, scattered colour abrasion and colour losses, particularly along the edges. Old retouching visible.
Under UV: some scattered retouching visible, particularly on the figure, on the architecture and in the foreground. Varnish appears in fluorescent green.
Dimensions with frame: 77.5 × 92.3 cm.
