Platinum, mechanical part in white gold.
Very attractive, florally open-worked brooch set with 1 fine, oval Ceylon sapphire of minimum ca. 120 ct, unheated, and set throughout with 24 old European-cut diamonds and 48 rose-cut diamonds weighing ca. 2.70 ct. Mechanical part in white gold, not original. Traces of a pendant eyelet. Ca. 4 x 3.5 cm.
