CABINET ON A STAND,Baroque, Germany or Holland, 17th century. Walnut and ebonized wood and tortoiseshell. Rectangular body, with an architectural front with a central door between 2 drawers, each flanked by 4 drawers. The door opening up into 7 drawers. Behind removable pillars: 8 secret drawers. Bronze mounts (in part later). On a later stand with turned legs. Cabinet: 137x43x85 cm. H with stand: 169 cm.

Barock, Deutschland oder Holland, 17. Jh.
Nussbaum und Holz ebonisiert sowie Schildpatt. Rechteckiger Korpus mit vorstehendem geradem Kranz auf ebensolchem Sockel. Architektonische Front mit zentraler Türe zwischen 2 Schubladen, flankiert von je 4 Schubladen. Die Türe öffnend auf 7 Schubladen. Hinter 2 herausnehmbaren Säulen 8 weitere geheime Schubladen. Flammleistendekor und Bronzebeschläge (teils später). Auf späterem Stand mit gedrechselten, durch Umlaufsteg verbundenen Beinen. Kabinett: 137x43x85 cm. H mit Stand: 169 cm.
