Ref. 3450, exceptionally well-preserved case No. 2.808.597. Silver-plated dial with applied gold indices, gold hands, perpetual calendar with leap year indicator in Roman numerals, and moon phase. Signed Patek Philippe, and retailer's signature: GÜBELIN. Ultra-fine automatic movement No. 1.119.815, Caliber 27-460 QB. Patek Philippe crocodile leather band with original tang buckle in gold. Case, dial, and movement signed. D 37.5 mm.
