A FINE PORTRAIT OF A YOUNG NOBLE MAN.

India, Deccan, ca. 1700, 15.2x6 cm.
Ink drawing with some colours heightened with gold on paper. Depicted in profile, wearing a plain jama over striped paijamas. His left hand rests on the hilt of his dagger at his waist while the other hand holds a rose. Verso two seals.
