Tibet/Nepal, 17th - 20th c. Length 13.5 - 30.5 cm.
Embossed and gilded copper sheet. a) Finely worked fragment with an elephant, lion, mythical creature with heavenly rider and Makara, each atop the other. b) Fragment of a throne ornament with lion. c) Band with inlaid gemstones between jewels and clouds. d) An aureole with Garuda in the center. (4)
Provenance: Old Belgian private collection, by descent to current owner.
