Albumen prints fix mounted on cardboard supports. Some with imprinted legend or photographer's name. The mounts with handwritten annotation in French. Each approx. 21.5 × 27 cm; album 32 × 48.5 cm. Leather album of the period with gold embossed front cover "Souvenir 1878".
Mainly landscape and city photos of Port Said, Hebron, Bethame, Jerusalem, Tiberias, Jericho, Dead Sea, Calcutta. In addition to photos by W. G. Stretten, photos by Hippolyte Arnoux and the Bonfils brothers.
- The prints partly slightly curved or wavy due to the mounts, partly slightly browned or faded in the edges, faint oxidation mirroring, places with light scratch marks and bumped areas. The mounts browned at the edges, 1 mount loose. The spine of the binding rubbed, the cover somewhat spotted and slightly warped.
