Napoléon III, Paris ca. 1880/90. The dial signed AUGte LEMAIRE RUE VIELLE DU TEMPLE 121 PARIS (Auguste Lemaire, active from 1850).
Pierced, matte and polished gilt bronze. Opulently decorated case featuring flower garlands, rocailles, scrolled leaves, shells and latticework. Relief-decorated dial with enamel cartouches. Parisian movement, striking the half hour on bell. 1 key.
