Neuchâtel, 19th century. The case with brand mark AB CHAUXDEFONDS (probably AIMÉ BILLON).
Curved wooden case, painted with vases and flowers on a black ground. White enamel dial. Movement with verge escapement, and striking mechanism with Grande- and Petite-Sonnerie on 2 gongs, can be switched between Grande Sonnerie, Petite Sonnerie, or Silence. Repetition on demand. Alarm on bell. 1 key.
