The front decorated with 1 oval, blue enamelled medallion with diamond-set monogram, probably "MW", within a surround of 49 circular-cut diamonds totalling ca. 3.60 ct, flanked by 2 enamelled elements, each decorated with 1 diamond-set flower branch motif and surrounded by circular-cut diamonds weighing ca. 2.00 ct. Glazed compartment at the back. Enamel with 2 minimal chips. Mounted to a gold bracelet with box clasp. L ca. 19 cm.
