Set with brilliant-cut diamonds, the front decorated with 15 diamond-set elements, each suspending 1 pear-shaped sapphire, the reverse enhanced by 7 pear-shaped sapphires. Total weight of sapphires ca. 17.0 ct, Ceylon, with no indications of high-temperature treatment, low-temperature treatment can't be excluded. Total weight of brilliant-cut diamonds ca. 15.0 ct. L ca. 45 cm.
