Conditionreport:
Oil on canvas, lined. Verso with remnants of adhesive labels. Paint surface somewhat thin in places, with a fine network of craquelure. Surface soiling visible in places. Paint losses and colour abrasion along the margins.<br>Under UV light isolated areas of retouching visible on the ships, with further areas of retouching on the water and in the background. Varnish fluoresces unevenly greenish.<br>Frame: 97.5 × 114.3 cm.
