ASIA.-Asiae nova descriptio Auctore Jodoco Hondio. Copper engraved map with coloured borders and three scrolled cartouches. 38 x 51 cm. From: Atlas Novus Sive Theatre Orbis Terrarum . Circa 1606 (1628). – With margins around the plate edge. The margins with some stronger browning due to an old mount, showing through from the back. Minor creases. Overall fresh colour and good condition.

Asiae nova descriptio Auctore Jodoco Hondio. Kupferstichkarte mit Grenzkolorit und drei Rollwerkkartuschen. 38 x 51 cm. Aus: Atlas Novus Sive Theatre Orbis Terrarum .Um 1606 (1628). - Mit Rändern um die Plattenkante. Dort stellenweise stärker gebräunt durch alte Montierung, die von verso durchdrückt. Minim knittrig. - Insgesamt in frischem Kolorit und guter Erhaltung.
