MINIATURE GOLD JEWELRY ELEMENT - former Kofler-Truniger collection

Roman, 3rd century AD.
Gold sheet embossed with dot- and braided band decoration. Thimble-sized, cylindrical wall with removable, round flat lid and eyelet.
H 2.5 cm, Ø ca. 1.6 cm. Total weight ca. 2 g.
Dents and bent. Tiny holes in the wall. Probably a former jewelry pendant.
