MANTEL CLOCK WITH DATE AND SECOND, Directory, Paris, ca. 1800. Mahogany, inlaid with brass fillets. Rectangular case, glazed on all sides. White enamel dial with bronze lunette indicating the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes and the date in Arabic numerals. Movement with pinwheel escapement, striking the 1/2-hour on bell. H 53 cm. Pendulum mount, defective.

Directoire, Paris um 1800.
Mahagoni eingelegt mit Messingfilets. Rechteckiges, allseitig verglastes Gehäuse in architektonischer Form, frontseitig mit kannelierten Pilastern auf Rechtecksockel und Questschfüssen. Weisses Emailzifferblatt in reliefeirter Bronzelünette mit römischen Stunden- sowie arabischen Minuten- und Datumszahlen. Werk mit Scherengang und Halbstundenschlag auf Glocke. H 53 cm. Pendelaufhängung defekt.
