CORAL AND GOLD DEMIPARURE, LUIGI TRIFARI, ca. 1860. Yellow gold. Rare necklace of 24 finely carved coral links depicting different animal figures in relief, e.g. the head of a wolf, fox, turtle, dog, rabbit, eagle, mouse, lion, bird, sheep, butterfly and others, connected to one another by means of small gold rosette pairs. The front is decorated with 5 large pendants with oval, carved coral in finely ornamented frames with appliquéd gold wires and granulation: the medallion in the middle features a hunting scene with a lioness and a stag, flanked by a medallion depicting a lioness and a lion, and a rabbit and a fox, respectively. In-between the medallions, there are 5 small coral pendants with 2 rams, 2 dogs and 2 horses. L ca. 40.5 cm. Matching finely worked, oval ear clips, each with 1 coral featuring a horse's head, clip mechanism, not original, 1 pendant with an ibex, 2 small ear pendants depicting the head of a dog as well as 1 matching bracelet featuring 2 herons. Seltenes Collier aus 24 fein geschnitzten Korallen-Gliedern mit unterschiedlichen, reliefierten Tierfiguren wie Tierkopf, Wolf, Fuchs Schildkröte, Hund, Hase, Adler, Maus, Löwe, Vogel, Schaf, Schmetterling und Andere - miteinander verbunden durch kleine Goldrosetten-Paare. Die Schauseite verziert mit 5 grossen Pendentifs mit ovalen, geschnitzten Korallen in fein ornamentierten Rahmen mit applizierten Golddrähten und Granulation: auf dem mittleren Medaillon Jagdszene mit Löwin und Hirsch, flankiert von 1 Medaillon mit Löwin bzw. Löwe, mit Hase bzw. Fuchs. Zwischen den Medaillons 5 kleine Korallen-Anhänger mit 2 Widdern, 2 Hunden und 2 Pferden. L ca. 40,5 cm. Dazu entsprechend fein gearbeitete, ovale Ohrclips mit je 1 Koralle mit Pferdekopfmotiv, Clipmechanik später, 1 Anhänger mit Steinbock, 2 kleine Ohrhänger mit Hundekopf sowie 1 assortierten Armreif mit 2 Reiher-Figuren.
