AUGUSTUS REX VASE
Meissen, ca. 1730-35.
Painted in the East Asian style, with both sides featuring peonies. Gilt edges. Marked AR in underglaze blue, incised mark X on the underside.
H 42 cm (32 cm).
Fire cracks, the lid is a modern replacement.
