Rectangular brush-finished case with oval cross-section, the clasp designed as a stylised leaf, set with brilliant-cut diamonds totalling ca. 7.00 ct. Inside opening to reveal a mirror, 2 money clips, 2 decorated compartments for cigarettes and powder and a lipstick holder. Signed Buccellati-Italy-750 961. Ca. 14,4 x 6,6 x 2 cm. In a black, fitted silk case.
