IMPORTANT CHANDELIER, Louis XV, Genoa, 18th/19th century. Richly carved and gilt wood with rich, partly cut-glass and crystal hangings. With 36 branches. D 120 cm, H 150 cm. Provenance: - Formerly part of the collections of the Palazzo Borromeo on Isola Bella, Italy. - From a European private collection.

Holz fein beschnitzt mit Blättern, Kartuschen und Zierfries sowie vergoldet und mit reichem, teils geschliffenem Glas- und Kristallbehang. Balusterschaft mit Abschlusskugel und 36 markant geschweiften Lichtarmen auf 3 Ebenen mit breiten Tropftellern und vasenförmigen Tüllen. H 168 cm, L 144 cm, B 122 cm.
