SAINT DOMINIC, Baroque, Spain, beginning of the 17th century. Wood, carved all-around and painted "al estofado". The saint is wearing an opulently ornamented gown, holding an open book, with a dog at his feet. On an octagonal plinth. H 31 cm. Some losses, the hand repaired.

Holz vollrund geschnitzt und gefasst "al estofado". Der Ordensheilige in reich ornamentiertem Gewand mit offenem Buch, zu seinen Füssen liegt ein Hund. Auf Achtkantsockel. H 31 cm. Fehlstellen, Hand ergänzt.
