Ref. 6265/6263, screw-down case No. 3976487 with screw-down pushers and plexiglass. "Sigma" dial with applied indices in solid white gold, signed: Rolex Oyster Cosmograph. Manually-wound chronograph Cal. 727. Rolex Oyster band with fold-over clasp 78350, end links 557, wrist size ca. 19 cm. D 37 mm.

The dial is exceptionally well-preserved. The light indices are undamaged and indicate in a warm shade of yellow. The indices in solid white gold, instead of gold-plated or rhodium-plated indices, were only produced for a short time, as substantiated by the Sigma symbol imprinted on the dial at 6h.
