EXTRAORDINARY NATURAL PEARL AND DIAMOND NECKLACE/TIARA WITH EAR PENDANTS, BY CATCHPOLE & WILLIAMS, ca. 1890.

Silver and pink gold.
Rare necklace, set with 12 round natural pearls of ca. 7,3 - 6,1 mm, enhanced by diamond-set foliage- and scroll-motifs, resp. 14 circular-cut diamonds totalling ca. 5.50 ct, suspending 12 pendants, each set with 1 drop-shaped natural pearl of ca. 22,5 x 14 - 8,5 x 12 mm, in diamond-set frames. Total weight of the smaller circular- and rose-cut diamonds ca. 15.00 ct. With tiara fitting, L ca. 37,7 cm. Matching ear pendants, each set with 2 natural pearls of ca. 7 x 6 mm, resp. 13 x 9 mm and decorated with diamonds. Earclip mechanism later replaced. L ca. 4 cm.
