TRIPTYCH, IN THE STYLE OF THE EMBRIACHI
In the Gothic style, Italy, 19th century.
Bone, carved in relief. The main panel features Mary with the Christ Child, with Mary Magdalene on one side and John on the other side. The side panels feature Saint Paul and a saint, respectively. Walnut frame with hinged wings, on a retracted rectangular base. Geometric, circumferential frieze, in part of dyed bone. The backs, blackened.
H 38 cm, W (open) 26.5 cm.
