OWL-SHAPED POT WITH LID.China, Szechuan, Waring Empires (4th century) H 28.5 cm. This rare, original wooden pot is covered in black lacquer, the owl's plumage is sketched on with red lacquer paint. China, Sichuan, Streitende Reiche (4. Jh.) H 28,5 cm.
Das seltene, originelle Gefäss aus Holz ist mit Schwarzlack überzogen, das Federkleid mit roter Lackbemalung skizziert. Lackschicht z.Teil abgefallen und sehr fragil.
