SMALL ECUELLE, Thüringen, probably Wallendorf, second half of the 18th century.After a Meissen model. Polychrome painted with rural figures in the style of Commedia dell'Arte. The lid with geometric motifs and floral bouquets. Gold edges. No mark. D 7.5cm. Minor chip on edge. Gilding slightly rubbed. Provenance: from a Swiss private collection.

Nach Meissener Vorbild, mit ohrenförmigen Volutenhenkeln, polychrom bemalt mit ländlichen Figuren und Charakteren in Anlehnung an die Commedia dell'Arte, der gewölbte Deckel mit alternierenden Bouquets und geometrischen Motiven, Goldränder. Ohne Marke. D 7,5cm. Minimale Bestossungeb am Rand. Vergoldung leicht berieben.
