H 230 cm, W 166 cm. Provenance: - Formerly in the collection of the Duke Maximilian of Hanover and Brunswick-Luneburg (1666-1726). - Private collection, Monte Carlo.

Louis XIV, mit Wappen des Herzoges Maximilian von Hannover und Braunschweig-Lüneburg, Paris um 1720/30.
Holz ausserordentlich reich beschnitzt mit bekröntem Wappen, Köchern, Kartuschen, Rosetten, Blumen, Blättern und Zierfries sowie vergoldet. Rechteckiger, mehrfach profilierter Rahmen mit grossem Wappenaufsatz. H 230 cm, B 166 cm.
