PORCELAIN MANTLE CLOCK WITH CUPID,Meissen, ca. 1880. Rectangular with flowers and leaf garland, crowned by 2 turtledoves on a rectangular base on which Cupid is seated with a torch. Underglaze blue sword mark. Model number F 36 incised, painter’s number 12 in iron red. 30x23x13 cm. Joint between the clock and base, repaired.

Hochrechteckige Form mit Blumen und Blättergirlande, bekrönt von 2 Turteltauben auf einem rechteckigen Sockel, auf dem ein Amor sitzt mit Fackel in der Hand. Unterglasurblaue Schwertermarke. Modellnr. F 36. eingeritzt, Malernr. 12 in Eisenrot. 30x23x13 cm. Naht zwischen Uhr und Sockel repariert.
