Provenance:–Russian collection, Petrograd, circa 1913 (mark verso).–Swedish collection.–Swiss private collection. Dr. Wolfgang Schulz has confirmed the authenticity of the painting, having examined the work in the original. He will include the work in the supplement to the catalogue raisonné which is currently being prepared.
