Decorated with 3 pendants, set with 1 yellow, 1 blue and 1 lilac sapphire heart, weighing ca. 5.10 ct in total, within a border of 14 brilliant-cut diamonds an a diamond-set eyelet. Olive-shaped clasp, decorated with 1 brilliant-cut diamond. Total diamond weight ca. 2.50 ct. L ca. 42 cm.
