Set with 1 cushion-shaped sapphire of ca. 4.50 ct, probably Ceylon, heated, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround. The front and the ring shank decorated with brilliant-cut diamonds. Total weight of brilliant-cut diamonds ca. 1.40 ct. Size ca. 55.
