DOOR KNOCKER

Renaissance, 16th century.
Wrought-iron. Column-shaped with a stylized leaf capital and a profiled rectangular base. The shaft with a fixed male bearded figure. His shoulders and shorts are covered with acanthus leaves. No arms.
H 20.5 cm.

Provenance:
The Arlette and Antony Embden Collection, France.
