OCTAGONAL "PIETRA DURA" PANEL,

Renaissance style, after designs by J. LIGOZZI (Jacopo Ligozzi, Verona 1547-1627 Florence), probably Florence.
Various types of marble and semi-precious stones, exquisitely inlaid with grotesques, cartouches, foliage and decorative frieze. Octagonal.
D 125 cm. H 6 cm.


Provenance:
- from a European collection.

An identical panel was sold at our March Auction 2018 (Lot No. 1375).
