A GILT BRONZE FIGURE OF USHNISHAVIJAYA. Tibeto-chinese, 18th c. Height 17.6 cm. The skin covered with darker patina. One arm restored, one finger broken.

Feuervergoldete Bronze, die Hautpartien sind dunkler gefasst. Die Göttin der Erleuchtungserhöhung sitzt in Dhyanasana auf einem niedrigen, doppelreihigen Lotosthron. Ihre drei Köpfe weisen je ein vertikales Stirnauge auf. Die elegant angeordneten acht Arme und Hände haben ihre Attribute verloren. Ein Unterarm ergänzt, ein Finger abgebrochen.
