HALF-HEIGHT CABINET WITH LACQUER PANELS,Louis XIV style, attributed to A. BEURDELEY (Louis Auguste Alfred Beurdeley, 1808-1882), Paris, 19th century, the panels probably older. Tulipwood and rosewood veneer and fine lacquer panels in the "Chinese style"; with dragons, fabulous creatures, flowers and frieze on red ground. With double door front, exceptionally fine matte and polished gilt bronze mounts and applications and a black/grey speckled marble top. 150x44x166 cm. Provenance: Private collection, Germany.
