COIFFEUSE D'HOMME,Empire, attributed to JACOB FRERES RUE MESLEE (collaboration of the brothers Georges II Jacob and Francois-Honore-Georges Jacob-Desmalter 1796-1803), Paris circa 1803/05. Shaped yew. Pivoting mirror. Exceptionally fine, matte and polished gilt bronze mounts. 102x64.5x150 cm.

Empire, JACOB FRERES RUE MESLEE (Zusammenarbeit der Brüder Georges II Jacob und François-Honoré-Georges Jacob-Desmalter 1796-1803) zuzuschreiben, Paris um 1803/05.
Eibe profiliert. Rechteckiges, vorstehendes Blatt auf gerader Zarge mit markanten Vierkantstützen mit stilisierten Bronzekapitellen und durch Parallelstreben verbundenen Vierkantfüssen. Schwenkbarer, rechteckiger Spiegel mit Doppelvolutenstützen und geradem, vorkragendem Kranz. Ausserordentlich feine, matt- und glanzvergoldete Bronzebeschläge. 102x64,5x150 cm.
