SAINT FLORIAN,Gothic, South German, Franconia, circa 1480 (?) Limewood carved full round. Remains of paint. H 80 cm. Losses in the base area, both hands as well as parts of the feet replaced. The lance later.

gotisch, süddeutsch, Franken, um 1480 (?)
Linde vollrund geschnitzt. Fassungsreste. Der Heilige in Rüstung mit Lanze stehend. Mit einem Kessel in der rechten Hand ein brennendes Haus zu seinen Füssen löschend. H 80 cm. Im Sockelbereich mit Fehlstellen, beide Hände sowie teils Füsse ergänzt. Spätere Lanze.
