ALDEGREVER, HEINRICH (Paderborn 1502 - 1555/61 Soest).Der Fahnenträger in einer Landschaft, 1540. Etching, 11.8 x 7.7 cm. Bartsch 177. Monogrammed and dated lower right in image. Framed. - clear even impression with fine margin around the plate edge, the upper edge cut up to and just over the plate edge. Fully backed. Upper left corner browned, otherwise minor foxing. Overall good condition.

Der Fahnenträger in einer Landschaft, 1540. Radierung, 11,8 x 7,7 cm. Bartsch 177. In der Darstellung unten rechts monogrammiert und datiert. Gerahmt. - Klarer, gleichmässiger Druck mit feinem Rändchen um die Plattenkanten bzw. am oberen Rand überwiegend auf oder knapp innerhalb dieser geschnitten. Ganzflächig aufgelegt. Die obere linke Ecke gebräunt, sonst minim stockfleckig. Insgesamt noch guter Erhaltungszustand.
