A PARTLY GILT BRONZE FIGURE OF USHNISHAVIJAYA. Tibeto-chinese, 18th c. Height 24.5 cm. Unsealed.

Tibetochinesisch, 18.Jh. H 24,5 cm.
Bronze, teilweise feuervergoldet, die Hautpartien sind kalt vergoldet, die Haare blau gefasst. Die Göttin der Erleuchtungserhöhung sitzt in dhyanasana auf einem doppelreihigen Lotosthron. Ihre drei friedvollen Gesichter weisen je ein vertikales Stirnauge auf. Eine üppige Krone, blattförmige Ohrringe, zwei schmale Schals und fein gravierte Gewandsäume schmücken die Gestalt. Attribute und Sockelplatte verloren.
