LARGE, LIDDED BEAKER,Wroclaw ca. 1700. Maker's mark Christian Mentzel. Round, profiled base. Conical vessel with embossed wall. Three cartouches with engraved floral depictions. Engraved, crowned monogram. Matching lid. H. ca. 20.5 cm, 335g. Provenance: German private collection.

Breslau um 1700. Meistermarke Christian Mentzel.
Kreisrunder, profilierter Stand. Darauf konisches Gefäss mit punzierter Wandung. Umlaufend drei Kartuschen mit gravierten Floraldarstellungen. Gefässabschluss mit glatter Zone sowie mit graviertem und bekröntem Monogramm. Deckel entsprechend mit ausladendem Rand und wulstiger Form sowie kugelförmigem Knauf. H. ca. 20,5cm, 335g.
