Date window at 6h, hour counter at 6h, small second at 9h, chronograph second and minute counter extending from the centre. Automatic chronograph movement with flyback Cal. 5830, movement No. 0138579, engine-turned automatic rotor. Black caoutchouc band with fold-over clasp in white gold. D 43 mm.

Ref. 5827, massives, rundes und verschraubtes Gehäuse Nr. 4121 U mit verschraubter Krone und rechteckigen Drückern, kannelierter Gehäuse-Mittelteil. Handguillochiertes, silbernes Zifferblatt mit gebläuten, römischen Zahlen, signiert: Breguet 4121. Datum im Fenster bei 6h, Stundenzähler bei 6h, kleine Sekunde bei 9h, Chronographen-Sekunden- und Minuten-Zähler aus der Mitte.
