Title sheet and 18 etchings with aquatint on wove paper, some with watermark Palmette.
Each numbered in pencil in the lower left margin.
Each approx. 24.5 x 35 cm each (sheet approx. 32 x 49 cm each).
Harris 248–265 III 1. Edition (of 9, before the numbers). - The complete series in excellent impressions with wide margins. Each with traces of the previous binding at the left edge. The majority of the sheets with a professionally repaired tiny hole in the image upper left. All sheets with flattened vertical central fold. Individual stains, light traces of wear and finger marks, some subtle areas of discolouration in the paper far outside the images. Some sheets with professionally repaired tears in the wide margins, two further with tiny and repaired paper losses at the lower edge of the sheet. The flattened title sheet with light surface dirt. All sheets in good to very good condition. - The prints inserted in mats and offered in a special case with parchment cover label with ink calligraphic design.
