CLOCK WITH PLINTH. Louis XV, the case signed ANT. FOULLET (Antoine Foullet, Master 1749), guild stamp, Paris circa 1760. Green painted horn, the shaped case with putto atop, enamel dial, brass movement striking the half hours on bell and trip repeat, fine gilt bronze mounts and applications in the form of dragon and leaves. Some alterations. 32x18x72 cm. Provenance: private collection, Switzerland

Louis XV, das Gehäuse sign. ANT. FOULLET (Antoine Foullet, Meister 1749), Innungsstempel, Paris um 1760.
Horn grün gefasst. Geschweiftes Uhrgehäuse mit Puttoaufsatz auf sich nach unten verjüngendem Sockel. Emailzifferblatt mit arabischen Minuten- und römischen Stundenzahlen. Messingwerk mit 1/2-Stundenschlag auf Glocke und Repetition auf Anfrage. Feine, vergoldete Bronzebeschläge und -applikationen in Form von Drachen, Blättern und Zierfries. Ergänzungen. 32x18x72 cm.
