BRASS BRONZE PADMAPANI. The flower of the lotus broken. On Plexiglas plinth. Western Himalaya, ca. 12th century. H 11.8 cm.

West-Himalaya, ca. 12. Jh. H 11,8 cm.
Bronze. Er steht aufrecht mit hochgetürmter Frisur, Krone und leisem Lächeln. Über der rechten Schulter trägt er das charakteristische Antilopenfell, die Linke hält den Lotosstängel. Die Blume selbst ist abgebrochen. Plexisockel.
