SMALL "PENDULE A L'AMOUR", Louis XV, the dial and movement signed ETIENNE LE NOIR A PARIS (Etienne Lenoir, Master 1717), Paris circa 1750. Matte and polished gilt bronze. The shaped case with figure of Cupid atop and fine floral applications. Enamel dial, fine brass movement and 1/2 hour striking on bell. 18x10x35 cm. Provenance: Private collection, Zurich.

Louis XV, das Zifferblatt und Werk sign. ETIENNE LE NOIR A PARIS (Etienne Lenoir, Meister 1717), Paris um 1750.
Bronze matt- und glanzvergoldet. Geschweiftes Gehäuse mit Amoraufsatz und feinen Blumenapplikationen auf eingezogenen Volutenfüssen. Emailzifferblatt mit arabischen Minuten- und römischen Stundenzahlen. Feines Messingwerk mit Fadenaufhängung und 1/2-Stundenschlag auf Glocke. 18x10x35 cm.
