The "Carrara" top within shaped frame, the front legs "aux égyptiennes" and with mirrored back panel. Exceptionally fine matte and polished gilt bronze mounts and applications. 77x40x92 cm. Empire, mit Signatur CHAPUIS (Jean Joseph Chapuis, 1765 Brüssel 1864), Brüssel um 1805/10.
Mahagoni geflammt. Rechteckige, in profilierten Rahmen gefasste "Carrara"-Platte auf gerader Zarge mit vorderen Vierkantstützen "aux égyptiennes" und verspiegelter Rückwand auf Rechteck-Sockelplatte mit Vierkantfüssen. Ausserordentlich feine, matt- und glanzvergoldete Bronzebeschläge und -applikationen in Form von Büsten, Palmetten, Rosetten und Zierfries. 77x40x92 cm.
