COMMODE, Louis XV, workshop or circle around M. FUNK (Mathaeus Funk, 1697-1783), Bern circa 1770. Walnut, burlwood and rosewood in veneer inlaid with reserves and fillets. The front with 2 drawers sans traverse. Bronze mounts, drop handles and sabots. 95x55x83 cm.

Louis XV, Werkstatt oder Umkreis des M. FUNK (Mathäus Funk, 1697-1783), Bern um 1770.
Nussbaum, -wurzelmaser und Palisander gefriest sowie mit Reserven und Filets eingelegt. Geschweifter, trapezförmiger Korpus mit vorstehendem Blatt und markanten vorderen Eckstollen auf wellig ausgeschnittener Zarge mit geschweiften Beinen. In der Mitte gebauchte Front mit 2 Schubladen ohne Traverse. Bronzebeschläge, -hänger und -sabots. 95x55x83 cm.
