Yellow gold 750 and platinum Decorative, buckle-shaped brooch, the centre set with 30 fine, square-cut sapphires weighing ca. 4.00 ct in total, invisible setting, and 33 brilliant-cut diamonds and single-cut diamonds weighing ca. 70 ct in total. Signed Boucheron Paris, No. 1139D. Ca. 4 x 2.4 cm.
