Very decorative, large brooch designed as a bouquet of lilies, set with 1 baroque blister pearl of ca. 27 x 25 mm, decorated with 15 round and 13 cut rubies, numerous small baguette-cut emeralds as well as 57 brilliant-cut diamonds and single-cut diamonds weighing ca. 2.00 ct in total.
