Brooch designed as a diamond-set ribbon bow, suspending 2 detachable heart-shaped pendants, set with 1 brown and 1 silver-grey drop-shaped natural pearls of ca. 11 x 9 and ca. 11,2 x 9,3 mm, surrounded by circular-cut diamonds. Total weight of diamonds ca. 3.00 ct. Ca. 3,2 x 3 cm.
