Cityscape of Venice from birds-eye perspective with the crowned city coat of arms and rich ship staffage. From: 'De rebus publicis hanseaticis' by Johann Angelius von Werdenhagen published in 1641 by Matthäus Merian. - Fully mounted on backing board. With small margin around the plate edge. The margin with areas of small paper loss outside of the image. Slight vertical crease. The crease and at the upper edge with areas of slight browning.
